Thin Crust Pizza Dough
This simple thin crust pizza dough will make for an easy weeknight dinner, with just a few simple ingredients (and no rise time) you will be rolling out your dough before you know it!
Equipment
- bowl
- spoon
- Rolling Pin
- measuring spoons
- measuring cup
- oven
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour all purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water very warm
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a medium-size bowl.
- In a measuring cup, combine the oil and water.
- Make a well, and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until a rough dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto the counter and knead until the dough becomes less sticky and more soft. About 2-3 minutes.
- Roll out to desired thickness and proceed with assembling pizza.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown on the bottom. Enjoy!
