What is a Lifestyle Blog?
I have to admit this… before I got into blogging, I wasn’t really clear on what a “lifestyle” blog was. What categories fit into it? Is it strictly a personal blog? Home décor? I felt too embarrassed to ask anyone, and Googling my question somewhat helped me get a better grasp on it, but ultimately I learned overtime by reading other lifestyle blogs. If you are like me, and are a little fuzzy on the definition, I am here to help.
A lifestyle blog can ultimately be whatever you want it to be. Are you interested in frugal living, tea, and cats? Or maybe you are into green living and minimalism. Perfect! There you go. Lifestyle blogs tend to reflect the bloggers stage in life, and as such, are prone to development overtime. Just follow your interests, be true to yourself, and try to stay as consistent as possible (something I am admittedly working on, thank you to my loyal readers out there!).
